This interview occurred after recent oral arguments in the case were heard before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on February 6, 2012.

A 2011 interview, (below), with Aaron Swartz, hacker and activist. He discusses how the Wall Street Journal is planning their own “leaks” site. Apparently even though the New York Times harshly criticizes Julian Assange and Wikileaks, over 1/2 of all their papers contain source material they obtained from Wikileaks. Swartz was later targeted by the US government, and committed suicide, on January 10, 2013.

Glenn Greenwald wrote an article today about a recent statement that came out of the White House and made it to the New York Times this past Sunday. The Times article discussed how Obama’s team had hurried before the election to put into law some restraints on killing by robots, (by drone).
